Rev. Jim Smith, Managing Chaplain at Country Meadows, draws from his 20-plus years as a chaplain in Pennsylvania’s State Correctional System, where he was instrumental in creating programs that were designed to enlighten offenders on the impact of their decision to commit a crime and provide victims of crime an opportunity to sense engagement in the criminal justice process.
