From Atheism to Faith

Derry Member Rodica Mihalis was born and raised in communist Romania, an atheist country. She defected from Romania in 1981 in search of freedoms, and in 1987 became a US citizen. Her recently published memoir, "The Gypsy Saw Two Lives", tells her journey from indoctrination against God to having many doubts before finding faith in a Higher Power. Rodica will highlight the freedoms we take for granted, increasing awareness of our blessings
